What's closed:
- All Briarcliff Manor School Districts schools.
- Mount Pleasant and Ossining town offices.
- Post Offices.
- Briarcliff and Ossining public libraries.
- Most banks.
- All courts and state and federal government offices.
What's open:
- Both the Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville and the Saw Mill Multiplex in Hawthorne will be open.
- Check with individual restaurants and other retail outlets for any special holiday hours on Wednesday.
