Ossining Man Charged With Forcibly Touching Woman

OSSINING, N.Y. – A 38-year-old Ossining man was arrested for allegedly subjecting a woman to unwanted physical contact.

Robert Hicks of 35 Snowden Ave. was arrested on Monday around 7 p.m. and charged with Forcible Touching and Coercion in the First Degree, police said. He was arraigned and taken to the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla.

Also in Ossining:

- A resident of the Brooke Club townhouses reported that someone entered her car between 8 p.m. on Dec. 10 and the morning hours of Dec. 11 and stole a camera, a GPS, and a purse and handbag containing personal documents and a credit card, police said. The car was parked in the victim's garage and not locked.

- A 21-year-old Elmsford resident, Travis Desir, was arrested on Dec. 8 at around 10 a.m. on a bench warrant issued for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, police said.
