OSSINING, N.Y. An Ossining man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after getting into a one-car accident on Pleasantville Road at around 2:15 a.m. on Friday, police said.
Nehemias Perez, 23, left his vehicle on the side of Pleasantville Road near a split utility pole and began walking south after the accident, police said. Perez appeared intoxicated and his vehicle suffered front-end damage.
Perez was treated for medical injuries. Con Edison responded to service the utility pole.
