4. How did the process work of being nominated by the caucus? What was your response to finding out about the nomination? Pohar: I was approached by a Briarcliff resident asking if they could nominate me for trustee. I agreed and was nominated at the January caucus meeting, accepting the nomination. I feel that it is very important that our caucus process be supported as over a 100-year-old process that allows residents to be a part of our village running without regard to political party and agenda. Without the caucus, I nor other residents would never have had this opportunity

5. If elected, what would you hope to accomplish before leaving office? Pohar: If elected it is my objective to continue the momentum of the board in accomplishing the goals set. 7. What about your background or personal history makes you an ideal candidate for the board of trustees? Pohar: My background in executing budgets, working in health care service industry, being able to provide quality care to patients and residents under shrinking reimbursement would make me an ideal candidate for the board.

8. If residents knew one thing about you, what would you want that to be? Pohar: I am committed to family values and have a strong sense of community. Dedicated hard working and I stand behind what I believe in.
