He has really come out of his shell since arriving at the SPCA and now wags and smiles when he sees you approaching to either walk him or give him a good belly rub.
Charlie is ok with some animals and would like to find an active family since border collies require lots of exercise. He would thrive in an environment where he can enjoy different activities and would do best with older children.
Overall, he is a wonderful dog who deserves a second chance!
