Billy, who was said to be friendly and people-friendly, would be happiest in a home with ample opportunities for play, according to the SPCA, which said the dog would be a good fit for a home with children around the ages 10 and older.
Billy was said to get along well with other dogs, but would benefit from a home with someone who can be available during the day or who can provide a dog walker or doggy daycare experience, according to the SPCA.
