Get Computer Savvy This Weekend At The Briarcliff Manor Library

BRIARCLIFF, N.Y. -- The Briarcliff Manor Public Library is hosting two computer events this weekend to help those who want to become more tech savvy.

Working with Microsoft Word 2010 will be taught Saturday at 10:30 a.m. The workshop will go over how to use additional Word 2010 features including setting preferences, creating tables, using the review tools and more. Basic computer skills are required. The class will be offered again Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30 pm

Also Saturday, there will be a class on New Online Resources @ the Library. During this workshop, participants will learn about the new free online resources available through the library including Morningstar Library Edition, Rocket Languages (foreign language and ESL learning), Genealogy Connect and more. The class begins at 2 p.m.
