Atlantic Starr Comes Home To Westchester For Concert

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Atlantic Starr will return to Greenburgh for a hometown concert on Saturday, Sept. 26 at Yosemite Park in Greenburgh.

"The entire membership of the town board has declared September 26th as Atlantic Starr day in Greenburgh New York," said Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner.

Atlantic Starr formed in Greenburgh in 1976 and scored No. 1 singles on the Billboard R&B and pop charts. Their hits include "Always," "Secret Lovers" and "My First Love."

The group will reunite with co-founder and original lead vocalist David Lewis for the homecoming concert.

Gates open at 4 p.m. and the event runs from 5 to 10 p.m.

Yosemite Park is located at 40 Yosemite Ave. in White Plains.
