Snowy Mix Predicted Overnight for Northern Westchester

Westchester is expected to see a wintry mix of precipitation in the coming days including possible snow Wednesday night into Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

Snow is possible  before 11 p.m. Wednesday, with a mix of snow and sleet possibly developing between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m., with rain after 2 a.m. The overnight low is expected to be around 34 degrees. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than half an inch is possible. Thursday will bring more rain, mainly before 10 a.m. with a high temperature of near 49 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 80 percent and a new rainfall amount of between a half and three quarters of an inch is possible. Rain is likely overnight Thursday, mainly after midnight with an overnight low of around 39 degrees and showers may continue until 1 p.m. Friday,  when there is a slight chance of snow showers. It will remain mostly cloudy with a high near 43 degrees.
