Westchester County Association Starts Search For New CEO/President The Westchester County Association has officially started its search to fill the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. As Westchester’s leading economic development and business advocacy organization, the WCA has developed a seven-member search committee chaired by Jeff Menkes, President and CEO of The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and a key member of WCA’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
