All lanes of a busy parkway in Westchester have reopened after a dislodged container temporarily blocked it off.  The incident happened on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway in Rye Brook, where the container blocked the left lane near Exit 27 (King Street), Westchester County Police announced on Tuesday, April 16, adding that the lane was open again as of 4 p.m.  No information on how the container became dislodged was released.
