Alert Issued For Missing Man Last Seen At Gym In Westchester Authorities are asking residents to be on the lookout for a missing man who was last seen at a gym in Westchester.  White Plains resident Fernando Manon, age 69, was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 18 around 5:45 p.m. in Harrison at the Lifetime Fitness located at 1 Westchester Park Dr., Harrison Police announced.  Manon, who suffers from dementia, was on foot and was seen headed in the direction of westbound Westchester Avenue. Traffic Alert: Ramp Between I-684, I-287 In Westchester To Close Those traveling from Interstate 684 to Interstate 287 in Westchester will have to look out for an upcoming ramp closure that will interrupt traffic between the two highways.  The ramp from I-684 southbound to Exit 1 (Interstate 287) in Harrison will close starting at 10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure will then extend to 5 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26.  Affected motorists should use the posted detour to Westchester Avenue as an alternate route, officials said.  The closure is to facilitate ramp …
