3 Teens In 2 Stolen Cars Nabbed After Chase Injures Officer In Westchester Three teenagers who led authorities in New York on pursuits in two cars stolen from Connecticut and Rhode Island and injured an officer in the process face a heap of criminal charges, police announced. The incident leading up to the arrests began in Westchester County on Thursday, Feb. 15 around 2:20 p.m., when police learned that two stolen cars were traveling together on southbound Interstate 684.
