Woman Hospitalized After 'Engaging In Dangerous Behavior' In North Castle A woman in an independent living facility was hospitalized in Westchester after “engaging in dangerous behavior.” An employee at a facility on Washington Avenue in White Plains reported to police on Tuesday, Oct. 23 that a resident was acting odd and was potentially off her medication. The employee indicated that the resident was acting dangerously and required police assistance. Members of the North Castle Police Department responded to the Washington Avenue facility and assisted in transported the woman to the Westchester Medical Center for evaluation.
