Greenwich Police say they responded to the area of 1207 E. Putnam Avenue on Monday, June 17 around 12:45 a.m. on a report of a pedestrian that was stumbling and potentially intoxicated. Greenwich Police responded to a residence in the Back County section of Greenwich on the report of a person displaying disorderly conduct on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Police say 44-year-old Carmen Santos of Bedford violated the conditions of a protective order in the presence of a minor child.
