Man Hospitalized In Northern Westchester Shooting Police in Westchester are investigating a Sunday morning shooting that left a man hospitalized. Officers from the Ossining Police Department responded to a reported shooting at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10 on Van Cortland Street, near the Cortlandt Ridge housing complex. One man, whose name has not been released, was hospitalized. His condition was not immediately available on Monday morning.
