Accused Dealer Found With 95 Decks Of Heroin In I-684 Stop, Police Say A 26-year-old man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop on I-684 in Putnam, according to police. New York State Police from the Brewster Barracks initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 684 after observing the driver of a 2019 Nissan Sentra operating as a taxi service commit an infraction on Friday, Dec. 6 around 9 a.m. in Southeast. Initial investigation with the driver led to probable cause to search the vehicle, according to police.
