Man Sentenced For Pulling Gun On Westchester Pharmacist
A Putnam County man is heading to prison for his role in the daytime attempted armed robbery of a pharmacy in New Rochelle. Mahopac resident Brian Dias, 32, has been sentenced to two 10-year terms in prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon - both violent felonies - last year.
