Hudson Valley and Fairfield County residents charged include: Dutchess County On Friday, Dec. 13, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Omar Gomez Florentino, 21, of Pleasant Valley, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Pleasant Valley, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
