State, Local Police Investigate Possible 'Spoofing' Incident In Northern Westchester Law enforcement agencies in Westchester are investigating a potential spoofing incident in North Castle. New York State Police received multiple 9-1-1 emergency calls from a phone number (911-032-8500) - from a little girl who is reporting that her father has fallen and cannot get up. The trooper receiving the call said that the little girl would hang up before he could gather any information. Investigators pinged the number, which led them to a Maple Avenue building in Armonk.
