Pro Backgammon Aficionado From Westchester Sentenced For Murdering Estranged Wife In Bathtub
An area man will spend the rest of his life behind bars after being convicted of murdering his wife on New Year’s Eve nearly a decade ago. New Rochelle resident Roderick Covlin, 45, has been sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for murdering his wife, Shele Danishefsky Covlin, 47, at her Upper West Side Apartment in her bathroom on New Year’s Eve in 2009.
