Woman Behind Bars After Being Nabbed With Fake ID At Northern Westchester Bank A Westchester woman was caught in the act by Chase Bank personnel attempting to obtain a temporary ATM card using another person’s account and a Connecticut driver’s license, police said. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to the Chase Bank branch on Lee Avenue shortly after 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 26, where there was a reported identity theft in progress, prompting an investigation.
