Police Dish Out 21 Tickets In School Zone Enforcement Detail In Northern Westchester Nearly two dozen tickets were doled out by New York State Police troopers on Thursday as they conducted special enforcement details targeting distracted drivers speeding in school zones. On Thursday, April 11, troopers from Somers conducted their distracted driving enforcement detail in school zones at Somers High School, John F. Kennedy Catholic High School, North Salem High School and John Jay High School.
