Driver Charged For Fatal Hit-And-Run In Westchester Park, Police Say An allegedly drunk driver who fatally struck a 23-year-old woman in a Westchester park before fleeing on foot has been tracked down by investigators and charged with vehicular homicide, police said. First responders in Yonkers responded to the Saw Mill River Daylighting Park on New Main Street shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Monday, March 9, where there was a report of an overturned vehicle. Upon arrival, police said that they found a black 2007 Acura TSX on its roof inside the park and an unresponsive 23-year-old woman with severe injuries.
