Suspect Nabbed After Two Vehicles Stolen From Auto Shop In Hudson Valley
A 36-year-old man is facing charges after investigators said that he stole two vehicles from the parking lot of a Hudson Valley auto repair shop. Police in Ulster County said the vehicles were stolen from the parking lot of Monroe Muffler & Brake Service, located at 3160 Route 9W in Saugerties, on Friday, July 22. Authorities began investigating the overnight thefts of a 2015 Subaru Forester and a 2019 Nissan Frontier, according to the Saugerties Police Department. One Killed In Crash Involving School Bus In Hudson Valley
One person was killed during a two-vehicle crash between a school bus and a dump truck in the Hudson Valley. It happened around 8:50 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 14 in Ulster County, on Route 9W in the town of Saugerties. The driver of the dump truck suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. 19: Hudson Valley Store Shut Down For Violating State's On Pause Order
After receiving more than a dozen complaints of a business operating in violation of state order, officials closed down an establishment in the Hudson Valley. Police received a total of 13 complaint referrals from the state's On Pause Enforcement Task Force, reporting that NJA Auctions, located in Ulster County at 3139 Route 9W in Saugerties, was open for business.
