Connecticut State Police troopers in Hartford received multiple reports of a pedestrian operating the remote-controlled car on Route 9 in the New Britain/Berlin area at around 7 a.m. Saturday, July, 16. Six From Northern Westchester Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the last week-plus in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Saturday, Dec. 8, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Santiago M. Raymundo,  26, of New Rochelle, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in Croton-On-Hudson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
