Former Employee Caught Trying To Steal Copper From Westchester Business, Police Say A 43-year-old man faces a felony burglary charge after allegedly trying to steal copper from his former employer in Westchester, police said. New Rochelle resident James Hoch, age 43, was arrested on Wednesday, June 19 in connection with a burglary at a New Rochelle business earlier in the same day, New Rochelle Police announced. According to the department, at around 1:10 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a burglary report at Richie Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning at 91 Plain Ave. after the owner saw a suspect trying to steal copper from the property on their Ring camera. …

Watch: Two Proud Pigs Square Off Against Black Bear During Altercation In Region A brand-new video shows two pigs fighting a black bear that crawled into their pen in Connecticut. WTNH, the ABC-TV affiliate in New Haven, published the video on Friday, March 18, which was sent from the owner of the pigs in the Litchfield County town of New Milford. The Ring camera footage shows the pigs fighting and chasing away a black bear after the bear crawled into their pen. The owner, Kevin David, told the news outlet the pigs are doing well and he believes the bear is a cub. Watch the full video on the WTNH YouTube channel.

Duo Nabbed Breaking Into Parked Cars In Westchester Police nabbed two men allegedly attempting to break into parked vehicles in Westchester. The incident took place last week when officers on the midnight tour in Harrison received a call from a resident on Cooper Place who had been alerted by their Ring camera to suspicious activity in the area, said the Harrison Police. Officers quickly responded to the scene and were able to nab the two men.  Both were arrested and charged with attempted petit larceny and their vehicle was impounded.
