Road Rage: Man Points Gun At Victim, Calls Him Racial Slur In Westchester, Police Say A Putnam County man faces charges after allegedly pointing a firearm at another driver while calling him a racial slur in Westchester, police said.  The arrest resulted from an incident in Yorktown at around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, when New York State Police relayed a report about a road rage incident in Yorktown, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
