Duo Nabbed After Stealing From Mall In Northern Westchester, Fleeing: Police A man and woman both face charges after stealing merchandise from a shopping mall in Northern Westchester and fleeing, police said. The arrests resulted from an incident on Monday, Oct. 23 just after 5:30 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to Dick's Sporting Goods at the Jefferson Valley Mall at 650 Lee Blvd. for a reported larceny.  According to the department, police soon learned that the suspects drove off in a gray Audi sedan.
