Traffic Incident Shuts Down Roadway In Northern Westchester: Developing A traffic incident has resulted in part of a busy Northern Westchester route being closed in one direction.  The incident happened in the area of Route 9A and Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor, the village's fire department reported on Wednesday, July 26 around 4:45 p.m.  As a result of the incident, access to Route 9A southbound in the area has been suspended.
