4 Teens Caught With Help From K9 In Chase Near Westchester Airport: Police Four teenagers were apprehended following a pursuit that happened near Westchester County Airport, police said.  The incident began on Saturday, Oct. 21, when a police officer attempted to pull over a vehicle near Westchester County Airport and the driver refused to stop, according to the county's police department.  Soon after this, the car crashed on the entrance ramp to I-684 northbound in Harrison near the airport. Man Jumps To His Death At Kensico Dam In Westchester, Police Say Police in Westchester County are investigating the death of a man who jumped from the Kensico Dam in Valhalla. The deceased, a man in his late 50s, was found in the northeast corner of the plaza at Kensico Dam Park, said Keiran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.  The plaza area is adjacent to the base of the dam. EMS responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending notification to his family.
