Kellogg, 93, formerly of Hannibal passed away December 15, 2024, after a long illness at Seneca Hill Manor after residing at The Gardens in Oswego. He was born in Hannibal, NY to the late Howard and Gertrude Kellogg. Wayne held a lifelong love of music. During his time in high school, he played in several bands and orchestras, entertaining all over the area. He proudly served in the Army from 1952 to 1954, where he played with the USO entertaining fellow service members. Covid-19: SUNY, CUNY To Require Vaccinations For All Students Before Returning To Campus New York State colleges and universities will require COVID-19 vaccinations for students planning to take part in in-person classes in the fall, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced. During a COVID-19 briefing in Manhattan on Monday, May 10, Cuomo issued a vaccine mandate stating that all CUNY and SUNY students will need to be vaccinated before the fall as the state pushes to have all eligible adults take the vaccine.
