Drunk Driver Caught At Train Station After Head-On Hit-Run Crash In Westchester: Police A 35-year-old alleged drunk driver from Connecticut was apprehended while waiting for a train following a head-on crash in Westchester County from which he fled the scene, police said.  Fairfield County resident Rogelio Salamanca-Lopez of Stamford was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 4 in connection with a crash that happened just before 8 p.m. on the same day in New Rochelle, according to New Rochelle Police Captain J. 2 Robbery Suspects Remain At Large After Pursuit In Westchester: Police Two suspects who were part of a crew involved in several robberies were able to escape authorities after a chase in Westchester, police said.  The incident happened on Sunday morning, July 2 around 1:30 a.m., when the New York City Police Department followed an alleged robbery crew from Queens on Interstate 95 North.  The vehicle containing the suspects eventually entered Port Chester, where the occupants then stopped and tried running away from officers on foot, according to the Port Chester Police Department.  Two of the suspects were immediately caught and placed into cus…
