IDs Released For Deceased Child, Woman Who Attacked Officers In Westchester The identities have been released for the 2 1/2-year-old daughter who died following a police response to a domestic incident Saturday in Westchester in which the toddler's mother, wielding a knife, attacked officers, injuring two, police said. The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. on Chestnut Avenue, a dead-end street in the Harbor Heights area of Mamaroneck.
