Man Sexually Abused Two Victims In Area, Sheriff Says A 24-year-old man has been arrested for sexually abusing an adult and a child in the town of Wappinger, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office. Felix M. Medina Jr., of New York City, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with a sexual abuse investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau, said Capt. John Watterson. According to Watterson, Medina, who has ties to Dutchess County, is accused of subjecting the victims to inappropriate sexual contact and that the victims were not random. "At this time there doesn’t appear to be any danger to the community," he said.…
