Bucky graduated from Woodson High School in Fairfax, VA and Flathead College in Kalispell, MT with a degree in criminal justice. The bodies discovered along the Hudson River were Rotana Farea, 22, and her sister, Tala Farea, 16, both of Fairfax, Virginia, the NYPD said Saturday.
