Northern Westchester Motorist With No Insurance Faces Drunk Driving Charge In Fairfield County A 46-year-old Northern Westchester man nabbed in Fairfield County for allegedly driving without insurance was also charged with driving drunk. Christopher Evers, of North Salem, was stopped around 1:20 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, on Route 7 in the area of Blue Ridge Road for failing to display registration, said the Wilton Police Department. During the stop, Evers was found to be driving a Toyota minivan with an expired NY temporary plate and no insurance. Upon speaking with Evers he displayed signs of impairment suspected to be resulting from alcohol, police said.  Evers was placed into custody…
