A 38-year-old man allegedly driving a stolen motorcycle was killed following a chase that ended in a two-vehicle crash in Northern Westchester. Three teenagers were hospitalized after the car they were in was hit by another vehicle in Northern Westchester. The crash occurred around 7 p.m. Friday between Short Hill Road and Croton Avenue in Cortlandt. Car Crashes Off Road In Northern Westchester
A motorist managed to escape injuries in a single-vehicle overnight crash in which a car went off the road in Northern Westchester. It happened around 4:15 a.m. Saturday on the 60 block of Grant Street, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. The vehicle left the roadway before coming to a stop against a tree, the department said. The driver not injured and declined medical treatment. Man Clinging To Branch After Trying To Save Dog Rescued From Croton River
A simple walk with his dog turned into a nightmare for a man who ended up clinging to a tree branch to keep from drowning in the rushing water of the Croton River.
