Police Release Info On Reported Bedford Luring Incident Police in Bedford investigated a recent luring incident involving an elementary school student and a man in a sedan offering some candy. Investigators from the Bedford Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Babbitt Road and Buxton Road, when a “young male operating a tan or silver sedan called out to the (elementary school) student something to the effect of ‘Hey come in my car, I got some candy,’ according to police, before turning on Buxton Road and driving off.
