The black box from the Jet Rescue Air Ambulance that crashed in Northeast Philadelphia has been located, providing investigators with a key piece of evidence to determine the cause of the deadly crash, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced Sunday evening, Feb. 2. 2 Cars Collide At Busy Hudson Valley Intersection
Two vehicles were involved in a collision that blocked traffic at a busy Hudson Valley intersection. The crash happened in Putnam County on Tuesday, Dec. 17 just after 10 a.m., when two cars collided at the intersection of Route 6 and Jonathan Drive in Mahopac, according to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department. Following the incident, two people were taken by ambulance to be evaluated for injuries. More information about the crash was not immediately available.

Injured Hiker Rescued From Park In Northern Westchester
First responders were seen rushing to a park in Northern Westchester to help out an injured hiker stranded in the woods. The rescue happened on Friday, Aug. 24 around 4:15 p.m., when first responders learned a hiker was injured and stuck in the woods at the back of Gedney Park in Chappaqua, according to the Millwood Fire Department. Arriving crews brought a backboard and stokes to the hiker's location and safely took them out of the woods. The hiker was later loaded on an awaiting ambulance, the department added.
