WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. Torrential rains Monday postponed the Section 1 Class B and Class C girls lacrosse championship semifinals.
The two semifinal games in each class will be played Tuesday. In the Class B semifinals, No. 1 Fox Lane hosts No. 4 Scarsdale, and No. 7 Yorktown goes to No. 3 Brewster.
In Class C, fourth-seeded Rye will host ninth-seeded Pearl River, and seventh-seeded Byram Hills is at third-seeded Irvington.
The Class C final is scheduled for Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Suffern Middle School, followed by the Class A title game between No. 1 Lakeland/Panas and No. 2 North Rockland at 5 p.m. The Class B championship game is set for 7 p.m. to cap the tripleheader.
