BEDFORD, N.Y. -- West Patent Elementary will be open Thursday, said Superintendent Jere Hochman. West Patent was the final school to regain power. The other schools in the Bedford Central School District - Fox Lane Middle School, Fox Lane High School, Bedford Hills, Bedford Village, Pound Ridge and Mount Kisco Elementary - reopened Wednesday.
