BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Three Fox Lane High School students were recently recognized for their success in The New York Times Student Review Contest.
Kate Patalino was named a runner up for her review, "Uber Car Services," according to a statement from the high school.
Students Jean Cambareri and Josh Karas each received honorable mention for their respective song reviews of Childish Gambino's "Me and Your Mama," and Kanye West's "Saint Pablo."
All three of the 16 year olds are students in the AP Language and Composition class of Fox Lane teacher Peter Rodrigues, according to the school., which said that more than 1,250 students participated in the Times' contest.
