Bedford School District Faculty Art Show Now On View

BEDFORD, N.Y.-- The Bedford Central School District's Annual Faculty Art Exhibit will be on display through Thursday in the SALT Gallery at Fox Lane High School.

The exhibit contains paintings, drawings and sculptures created by visual art faculty members from each of the district's schools. An artists' reception will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday to recognize the show's contributors. The reception is open to all and complimentary refreshments will be served.

One exhibitor, Fox Lane High School art teacher Jody Chadwick, has put together a YouTube slideshow  of pieces from the exhibit.

The other high school art teachers with pieces in the show are Stephanie Poggi-Sanfelice, Lauren LaMance, Lindsay Lappin, Jessica Jordan and Heather Kranz. Deborah Heyman and Natalie Todd are the two art teachers participating from Fox Lane Middle School.

The art teachers from each of the district's five elementary schools who also contributed works to the exhibit are Nicole Metzner from West Patent Elementary School, David Llanos from Pound Ridge Elementary School, Madalyn Grano from Bedford Village Elementary School, Sheri Brown from Mount Kisco Elementary School, and Leslie Carone from Bedford Hills Elementary School.
