The Yonkers Police Department’s Warrant Squad issued an alert on Wednesday afternoon regarding 22-year-old Emmanuel Penalo, who is wanted in Westchester on a second-degree assault charge.
Police described Penalo as a 5-foot-9 Hispanic man weighing approximately 175 pounds with a medium build, brown eyes and brown hair. Police noted that he has a scar under his right cheek and has been known to go by the names “Emmanuel Diaz” and “Emmanuel Penalo Diaz.”
Penalo was last seen in the area around the shelter at 1 Hudson St. in Yonkers. Anyone with information regarding Penalo’s whereabouts or who recognizes him has been asked to contact the Yonkers Warrant Squad by calling (914) 377-7253.
