BEDFORD, N.Y. -- A stretch of Route 172 has reopened Monday afternoon in Bedford after a primary wire down across the roadway led to its closure.
The closure, announced shortly after 1 p.m., was between Clark Road and Old Post Road.
NYSEG responded for repairs.
