Bedford Police Revive 22-Year-Old With Naloxone

BEDFORD, N.Y. – Bedford police revived a 22-year-old male early Thursday morning by using Naloxone, a medication used to counter opioid overdose, reports the Bedford Police Department.

Police responded to a private residence at approximately 1:30 a.m. for a call about the male who was unresponsive and barely breathing, according to officials.

After being given Naloxone, the man regained consciousness and began breathing normally. He was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital, police say.
