BEDFORD, N.Y. Michael J. Cioffi, 20, of New Fairfield, CT, was arrested Monday and charged with driving while his ability was impaired by drugs after New York State Police said they stopped him on I-684 in Bedford.
New York State Police said they stopped Cioffi for speeding and reckless driving on I-684 in Bedford and found he had two partially smoked marijuana cigarettes and a fake Connecticut driver's license in his possession.
According to police, they determined Cioffi was driving while under the influence of drugs. Cioffi was arraigned at the Town of Bedford Court and released on $300 bail.
