PEEKSKILL The fifth annual Rust Riot will be held for the first time in the city Saturday after four years in nearby Putnam Valley. The event will be held at The Cove, located at 5 John Walsh Blvd. and will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with bands taking the stage starting at noon. This years performers are Speed Crazy, Memphis Morticians, Delco Nightingale, Ninth House and the High Five Revival. The annual event has become known across the Hudson Valley for its rock music and classic hot rods that are put on display. There will also be vendors and artists selling their wares, and a cash bar will be open in The Cove restaurant itself. Admission is $15 per person, and no coolers are allowed.
