Paving in Bedford Starts, Delays Are Likely

BEDFORD--  Paving on several area roads is expected to cause traffic and delays throughout Bedford, starting on July 11 and lasting about two weeks.  During this time there will be no parking allowed on the streets having work done. The roads that are being paved are the following:

Loop Road

Whitlockville Road

Anderson Road

High Street

Sherwood Lane

Buxton Road

Hook Road

Guard Hill Road (between Clark and Old Post Road)

Mustato Road

Upland Road South

Paddock Lane

 

On July 11 to July 15, asphalt repair work will also begin on the shoulder of Bedford Center Road, from Succabone to Route 22.  Lane closures and delays are expected as a result. For more information on the traffic advisory, visit the Town of Bedford website.
